The beauty of private lessons is that the training is based on your own goals and ambitions. Personal, individualised lessons allow you to learn at your own pace. On your first lesson I will sit down with you to discuss your goals and we will make a plan to get you to achieve those goals.Beginners are very welcome, and private lessons are a great place to start your training. Big clubs often are intimidating for beginners and often assume you have a certain fitness level and can keep pace with more experienced students. Many martial arts clubs will put you in group classes that are too difficult for beginners. Individualised lessons allow you to start at your own pace and give you a great foundation to work from.
